In 2017, our founder helped a friend buy their first plot in Sector 4 – and realised how hard it was to get straight answers about land in a city still being built. Sunrise Estates grew from that gap.
Today we are a small, dedicated team of advisors, all living and working in and around Purbachal. We turn down what we would not buy ourselves, and we stay with clients long after the keys change hands.
